✨I need to have my order rushed, is that possible?

  • Yes! If you need your order within 1-3 business days, please add the RUSHED ORDER option to your cart and when checking out you will be able to pay for your order to be made priority. 

✨How to wash custom shirts?

  • Turn Garment inside out
  • Machine wash COLD
  • NO Bleach
  • NO Fabric Softeners
  • Do NOT Dry Clean
  • Iron inside out.

✨ May I email my design instead of using the "Customize" tab?

  • Yes, you may send your images and design ideas to VibrantTeez@gmail.com
  • Please be sure to include your order number in the subject tab when sending via email.
✨When can I expect my order to be shipped?
  • Processing time for all orders are 3-14 business days. Processing times may change depending on the amount of orders the shop has at the time but it will not exceed the 14 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday only, weekends are not included.
This is BEFORE SHIPPING starts.. 
If there is a delay in the shipment after it has been shipped caused by weather or other issues with the postal service, the shop is not responsible.
Please make sure to order in enough time to receive your item(s).
Which postal service do you use?
  • USPS & UPS, currently shipping times are delayed due to COVID-19, all orders will receive tracking info after order is complete. If you did not receive tracking kindly send an email to VibrantTeez@gmail.com
Local Pickup option is for customers living locally in Atlanta, Georgia.

Alcohol are in the product pictures listed, will I receive alcohol with my order?

  • No, it is illegal to resale alcohol. All product pictures including alcohol were given as gifts. 

If I place an order before a New Sale, can I get refunded the discounted price?

  • No, discount codes and sales only apply at the time of purchase. 

Can I get a refund for my order?

  • Due to items being custom handmade for each customer, refunds are NOT ALLOWED. If customer is not happy with product, please send an email to VibrantTeez@gmail.com and we will work with you to reach a solution.

    The beauty of imperfections:

    • Please understand that all items in my store are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.
    • Any item you purchase is one of a kind. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly the same. Even if the fabric is from the same dye lot, the unique patterning of colors will always make each item beautifully different.
